Refund Policy

  • Refund Approval: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Process:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Period: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations:
    • If the order has been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.
