Return Policy

  • Return Period: Customers can return products within 3 days of receiving their order in case of damage or a mismatch. Returns or refunds for product quality concerns will not be entertained.
  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misplaced items.

    2. Provide your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Charges: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. A flat return fee of ₹120 applies to accepted returns for size issues.

Refund Policy

  • Refund Approval: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For customized product refund cannot be provided as it was made just for you.
  • Refund Process:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-5 working days.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Late Cancellations:
If the order has been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, and the return policy will apply.
Cancellations after the 24-hour period will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price.

Orders for personalized or customized products cannot be canceled under any circumstances once placed.
